Explore LA's iconic, historic, and sustainable places

EcoMapLA was created to be the go-to resource for all things sustainable in the greater Los Angeles region, with drop-down menus to filter the map for LA’s green buildings, green businesses, iconic city landmarks, and more! EcoMapLA originated as a coordinated effort in preparation for the Greenbuild International Conference & Expo in 2016.

Residents and visitors, students and professionals alike can explore the city with self-guided tours, transportation routes, and visitor information to experience LA’s green efforts and follow our collective sustainability story! From iconic Muscle Beach in Venice, to Columbia Square in Hollywood (LEED Gold), to Bikeshare (Grand/14th St.), click on a location for a description (with images), the address (with directions), and links to additional information (including the details on building features, images, video, LEED scorecards, and more).

If you explore the locations listed on EcoMapLA, share your experience with us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter! The EcoMapLA application continues to be updated to reflect the most current information. If you believe it is missing information, please contact info@usgbc-la.org
