Speaker Series: Green Living Walls
Please join us for a presentation with Reuben Freed of GreenScreen based in Los Angeles. âGreen Wallsâ or âVertical Gardensâ are descriptive terms used to refer to all forms of vegetated wall surfaces - which may be divided into two major categories: Green Facades and Living Walls. Learn about the applications, benefits, installation, case studies, and sustainability applications for this method of bringing greenery & nature into urban architectural elements including schools, offices, retail, parking structures, etc.
We will meet at the COMMUNITY SPACE of the Sherman Oaks Galleria - ground floor behind "Cheesecake Factory" to the left of the escalators (under the gym & movie theatre). Coffee & light breakfast snacks - please bring your own re-usable coffee mug! The presentation will be about half hour, plus time for a Q&A and networking. Parking validation available, please PARK in the adjacent parking structure. Hope to see you there!
