Join us for an overview of the WELL and Fitwel Certifications to better understand how wellness frameworks can be applied to your project and/or portfolio. We'll also review the approach to earning the widely recognized WELL AP and Fitwel Ambassador credentials.  This is the perfect first step in becoming a certified professional in the field and will provide the info you need to determine which is the right fit for you!  

 


About the Presenters

 

Alex Spilger is Head of Global ESG at Kennedy Wilson. He is a WELL AP who has consulted on dozens of wellness projects with clients such as Akamai, Humana, VF Outdoors and others.  As one of the first WELL Faculty, Alex has helped thousands of professionals prepare to pass the WELL exam, earning the widely recognized WELL AP credential

 

 

Melissa Gutierrez-Sullivan is Vice-President of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services Sustainability and Wellness Practice, leading the Southern California region while also working with projects nationally.  In addition to certification management for LEED and WELL programs, Melissa has also collaborated on and managed various sustainability related programs including Corporate Sustainability Reports, PACE Financing, and Revolving Loan Funds.  Certification project achievements include managing some of the first certified WELL projects in Los Angeles and across the country, including such program types as Retail, Schools, Industrial and a WELL Platinum (attempting) school.

At Cushman & Wakefield Melissa works with Global Occupiers on their sustainability and wellness strategic planning, reporting, and program management for projects nationally and internationally.  In 2012 Melissa co-founded the Women in Green Networking group – a female focused networking group in Los Angeles in which female leaders from across the country speak to the local Los Angeles sustainability community.
