Find out what all the buzz is about!

We’re excited to bring these aspects to you at a new location that you’re sure to love while being proud to support,

The Beehive

in South LA!

The Beehive is brought to us by SoLa Impact, a family of social impact real estate funds with a double bottom line strategy focused on preserving, refreshing, and creating high-quality affordable housing in low-income communities. They are committed to ending the homeless and housing crisis in Los Angeles's Black and brown communities. In addition to their real-estate investments, their social impact work is anchored by four pillars: 1) Access to Housing; 2) Access to Education in and Through Technology; 3) Access to Jobs; and 4) Access to Ownership.

SoLa’s Impact's affiliated non-profit (501c3), the SoLa I CAN Foundation, significantly expands the impact and reach by working to end intergenerational poverty by opening new access to educational and economic opportunities. SoLa I CAN's marquee projects include the SoLa College Scholarship Program & the SoLa Technology and Entrepreneurship Center which are housed at The Beehive.

The Beehive is SoLa Impact's Opportunity Zone (OZ) business campus, comprised of 8 buildings across 104,000 square feet of commercial space located only ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles. This campus has become a cultural hub for the South Los Angeles community through a wide variety of events focused primarily on economic development for minority & female-owned businesses in Los Angeles. With eight unique and architecturally beautiful red-brick warehouses, this project transforms the local neighborhood and economy in the true spirit of the OZ legislation as the nation’s first OZ business campus.
